Jeremy earned his Law Degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. He then served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps, handling both prosecution and defense in federal criminal cases. His extensive experience also includes guiding hundreds of service members, veterans, and their families through family law, estate planning, and legal readiness challenges. A proud and active member of the Gallup community, Jeremy is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and is committed to serving his neighbors with integrity and compassion.
Phillip is a new associate at Advocate Law Center. Having been admitted to practice law in the State of New Mexico, he now resides in Gallup with his family. He earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where he graduated with honors, and a Master of Arts in political science from Hillsdale College. While attending law school, he gained valuable insight into the areas of civil litigation and federal practice and procedure as a judicial intern at the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and as a summer clerk at the law office of Becker & Poliakoff. Phillip further developed the skills of legal research, drafting, communication, problem solving, and collaboration, whiling serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review. Phillip is committed to serving the needs of Gallup and the greater community in McKinely and Cibola counties in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
